Our Canadian executive search practice has been operating since 1994 from offices in Toronto.   Sylvia MacArthur leads our Canada practice which is focused on high impact search assignments where results are critical.  Sylvia and her team have a long track record of completed search assignments that include business leaders throughout Canada as well as regional and global leaders.

Our Canadian practice was founded in 1994 by Ian and Sylvia MacArthur when they launched Madison MacArthur Executive Search.  Following extensive collaboration on key search assignments from 2012 onward, Madison MacArthur and their satellite offices in Michigan and New York elected to merge with The ExeQfind Group in January 2021.  Sylvia MacArthur manages and leads our Canadian practice and is a Senior Managing Partner of The ExeQfind Group.
